Meet the Team - Likeminded Podcast
We’ve had an amazing response to our newly announced podcast. I’m really excited for the team to get going with this and already they’ve got great guests booked for the next few months, from Directors all the way through to set designers. This podcast is for everyone who shares the same passion as we do for the arts. This is a chance for everyone to really get to know our guests who make a difference within the arts. The podcast will be presented by Caitlin Bradley and Bob Towers. I’ve worked very closely with these two over the years and I have to say, this podcast is made for them. Our aim is to be thoughtful, accessible, responsive, and warm-hearted and we have the best team to achieve this. So, without further or do I would like to welcome your team who will be bringing this podcast;
Our good Friend, Bob Towers is a Liverpool born writer, actor and performance poet. We worked with Bob on our first ever production, ‘The man with no identity’. He has worked with a number of local theatre groups and has appeared in comedy, Shakespeare and pantomime as well as cutting edge dramas. Bob is a performance poet attending many of the local Open Mic Nights. He now is a theatre reviewer for North West End. This is the sole reason he got this job, to do our reviews – Did I say that out loud, oops!! Bob is a member of Liverpool Network Theatre and a Board Member with the charity Open the Door - Theatre in Education. Bob has been with us from the start and I cant wait to see him grow in this new role.
Since graduating Liverpool Theatre School in 2018, Caitlin has worked with us at Likeminded. Her first stage debut credit after graduating was Likeminded Productions play written by Ashley Ali, Life after Life. She also had the role of assistant director. She was that good that we decided to let Caitlin direct 'Mindless' and 'One-Sided Love', which she did an amazing job alongside our good friend, Zara Marie Brown. Caitlin has recently been in ‘The Mourning Bride’ written by Marj Morgan, a stage play at the Hope Street Theatre. She has also loved doing voice over work for a short film called 'The Lure' by Hounds of the Round Table. I can't wait to see what she brings to the table with this podcast. Judging on the guests she’s already got lined up, she will do a fantastic job alongside Bob.
Andrew is a co-founder alongside Ashley and myself. Without his input we would be lost, he does all the branding and marketing for Likeminded along with everything else. I’m excited that Andrew will be taking over running this podcast alongside Caitlin and Bob. The marketing and branding strategy he has got for this is fantastic. This podcast has been Andrew’s idea for a while and I’m looking forward to seeing it come to life.
