We’ve had talented guests join us on our podcast over the last few episodes from the lovely world of theatre. Its been a pleasure to hear about their passions and experiences within the arts. It’s been so valuable to listen and I’ve learnt so much and I hope you, the listener have too and we have plenty more to come.

It was later on in 2018, the opening of the Hope Street Theatre that I could put a face to the name and even then at the launch party, all the guests who spoke were praising the Lantern and how important it was for grass roots theatre which helped so many of our friends on their journey.

When I got the call from Caitlin saying we have Falling Doors as a guest, I was absolutely made up. I’d met Sarah briefly before lockdown. At the time, we were gearing up to work together on the project, Miep. I’ve never actually told Sarah or Nancy, but Falling Doors has had a massive influence on Likeminded Productions over the time we’ve been running.

Here it is, our very first episode of the Likeminded Podcast, featuring Dave Smith who is a lighting designer for Adlib Sound & Lighting. Dave holds an extensive knowledge within his field and gives great insight to what goes on behind the scenes

We’ve had an amazing response to our newly announced podcast. I’m really excited for the team to get going with this and already they’ve got great guests booked for the next few months, from Directors all the way through to set designers.

As the government still doesn’t know their arse from their elbow. It doesn’t look like we will be embracing the stage anytime soon, does it?
